June 21 - July 4, 2009

The ACCE will offer its second fully escorted, guided study tour to New Zealand and the United States, including the National Computers in Education Conference in Washington.

This is an opportunity for educators from Australia to participate in a fully escorted guided tour. The tour will be an opportunity to:
  • Network with world recognised practitioners
  • Visit leading schools
  • Visit significant corporate ACCE partners
  • Attend NECC, Washington
  • Dialogue with ACCE contacts from all over the world
  • Be part of the international delegation to NECC; and
  • Be the I in ISTE.
Join ACCE Board member and current President of QSITE John Oxley, on a 14 day, intensive journey to meet influential and contemporary educators, have time to be with them, join in discussions and attend specifically designed workshops.

Spend time with colleagues in New Zealand, visit significant corporate ACCE partners, have small group time with key international educators, enjoy the celebration of ICT with 15,000 like-minded educators, receiving briefings from ISTEs key people, COSNs leaders, ISTEs international representative, meet and work with other international IT educators and enjoy two weeks immersed in technology in education.
